Friendly staff and great happy hour, but rooms need serious cleaning.

missingWrote a review on Sept 19smooth check-inpool view
This place was just a prime choice for a weekend excursion in Palm Desert with very good value for money. I appreciated the smooth check-in process and had a pool view from my room, which made it extra nice. Keep an eye out for the Manager's Reception. it was a bit limited compared to other places I've stayed.

The two-room suite was spacious, but the air conditioner was excessively noisy.

missingWrote a review on Aug 12convenient locationgreat breakfastfun happy houroutdated room
Had a great vacation with friends! We loved visiting The Gardens on El Paseo and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. The hotel is conveniently located, and we enjoyed golfing and cycling nearby. Breakfast was really tasty, and the happy hour was a fun way to unwind. Overall, it was a memorable stay with plenty of options to explore.
However, we found the rooms a bit outdated and had a weird smell. The bathroom could use some serious refreshing. It didn’t ruin our trip, but it was something to note for future guests.

We had a fun stay at the Embassy Suites in Palm Desert! The location was perfect, just minutes from The Gardens on El Paseo and Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. We loved engaging in various activities like golfing and cycling with our kids and pets.
My kids wished the lounge area had a little more space for the family to hang out comfortably.

missingWrote a review on Jun 09delicious pastriesfriendly staffpoor maintenanceuncomfortable roomrude service
The breakfast featured home-made pastries, providing a pleasant start to the day. However, the room felt outdated, with dirty carpets and worn furniture, diminishing the overall comfort. Service at the front desk was less than accommodating, with issues such as unavailability of bottled water for loyalty members and poor attention to breakfast supplies. Attention to cleanliness and maintenance is clearly lacking, impacting the overall experience.
